Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible, and very customer focused person to join our Stations Team at Stafford. To join us at Virgin Trains, we are looking for good listeners who enjoy meeting new people as you will provide the very best in customer service to all the people that pass through our Station.

You should be able to think on your feet and be full of initiative; you will look smart, providing information, selling tickets for immediate travel and assistance to all customers in a professional manner.
