Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Multifunctional Customer Service Assistant position at Liverpool covering both Platform and Booking Office duties.
We are looking for a good listener who enjoys meeting new people, as you will provide the very best in customer service to all the people who pass through Liverpool. If you are flexible, able to think on your feet and full of initiative, you will be fully equipped to deal capably with the unexpected. The positions cover platform duties, train despatch and you will be working early and late turns of duty including weekends. You will look smart, providing information and assistance to all customers in a professional manner.
