Overview
We are looking for highly motivated, flexible, and very customer focused person to join our Station Team at Crewe. This position covers general platform duties and you will be working various turns of duty including weekends and bank holidays. You will look smart, providing information and assistance to all customers in a professional manner.
Accountabilities
To join us at Virgin Trains, we are looking for good listeners who enjoy meeting new people as you will provide the very best in customer service to all the people that pass through our Station. If you are flexible, able to think on your feet and full of initiative, you will be fully equipped to deal capably with the unexpected. You will be working a rotating shift system, which includes weekends and you will have a vital role in the running of our busy station.
