How do I become a Train Driver?
Sorry - we are currently not recruiting for Train Drivers. However, when these positions do become available, you will need to be able to work shifts, be aged 20 years or over and have a good standard of health (including eye sight and hearing).
How do I become a cleaner onboard the trains?

Do you run a graduate scheme?
Sorry - we are not currently running a graduate scheme. However, if you are a graduate (or are currently studying) please keep an eye on this website for other positions within Virgin Trains that may be relevant to your skills and qualifications.
How do I become a Guard/Train Manager?
These positions are known as Train Managers. As we like to develop people within the company this position is viewed as a promotion and is very rarely advertised outside the company. If this is the career you wish to aim for then you will need to start off either as a Customer Service Assistant or through the Head Office.
