Quite literally on board, in fact. This is your chance to join the Virgin front line and deliver a brilliant service on one of our trains to and from London Euston.
It’s up to you to make travelling time a breeze. You’ll fill hungry tums and keep thirst at bay – either serving at customers’ seats or within our onboard shop, handle customers’ questions and be a big support to the rest of the team on your train.
You’ll be a natural at listening to customers, bubblier than a case of champers and never have a hair out of place. You’re brimming with confidence and can talk to all kinds of people – instinctively knowing how to make them happy.
